Celebrate with Opolo's Blanc de Blancs Sparkling!Our first release of Blanc de Blancs Sparkling is produced with ‘Methode Champenoise’, or the Traditional Method. Our winemaking team followed the process used in the Champagne region of France to produce Champagne, which contains not one, but two fermentations. The second fermentation on our Blanc de Blancs happens inside the bottle, ensuring the best quality when opened for enjoyment and an amazing “POP”!
