Our Albariño comes from Davenport Vineyard in the ultra-coastal Edna Valley AVA of southern San Luis Obispo County. The Edna Valley has become California’s epicenter for Albariño—an Iberian grape that is known to thrive amid cool marine-influenced growing conditions.
The 2022 Albariño offers aromas of green apple, pear and grilled pineapple that lead into flavors of pear, white flower and wet stone. A brisk, lively finish reveals a refreshing touch of sea salt.
